Meet Dr. Frank Ruggiero

Dr. Frank Ruggiero was born and raised in Parma, where he graduated from Normandy High School. He continued his education at Baldwin Wallace University, balancing his studies with work as a lifeguard and EMT—roles that strengthened his dedication to service, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Ruggiero earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He went on to complete a rigorous residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Youngstown, gaining extensive experience in hospital-based dentistry and complex patient management. He further advanced his clinical training with IV sedation certification at Miami Valley Hospital, allowing him to provide safe and comfortable care for patients with dental anxiety or complex treatment needs.

Today, Dr. Ruggiero practices all aspects of general dentistry, with particular focus on sedation dentistry and implant dentistry. His approach blends technical skill with a calm, reassuring presence, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their care.

He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, reflecting his commitment to ongoing education and clinical excellence.

Outside the office, Dr. Ruggiero enjoys lifting weights, exploring the Lake Erie shoreline, and cheering on all Cleveland sports teams.
